Separate reported goosebumps from objectively verified voluntary piloerection
A small selected subgroup can produce objectively observed goosebumps voluntarily, but evidence that other people can learn the response or gain a useful function is absent. This lesson teaches how to distinguish a felt chill, visible hair erection and instrumented recording while checking temperature, emotion, suggestion and self-selection.

Follow these steps in order

Measure what changed
Objectively detected piloerection onset, extent and repeatability
How: Score each study for recruitment clarity, objective detection, confound control, blinded assessment, acquisition design, delayed retest and functional outcome.
Good result: All evidence-map cells are source-traceable, and the learner correctly labels existence as supported in a selected subgroup while trainability and utility remain unproven.
