Appendix S: Quick Safety Reference

Emergency. Titan is not an emergency service. Contact the appropriate local emergency service for immediate danger, chest pain, fainting, severe breathlessness, sudden neurological symptoms, major injury, suicidal thoughts or another emergency. Do not delay help to collect data.

Distress. Move to a safer setting, reduce demands, use ordinary comfortable breathing and contact a trusted person or qualified professional. Do not use cold, pain, hyperventilation, breath holds or forced counting as a reset. Persistent panic, dissociation, sleep difficulty or functional deterioration needs appropriate assessment.

Dangerous sleepiness. Do not drive, cycle, operate machinery, supervise a dependent person or perform safety-critical work. Preserve recovery opportunity and use workplace, transport or clinical guidance; Titan gives no universal medication, supplement, nap or wake-time rule.

Energy change. Stop strenuous work, move to a safe setting and assess ordinary needs such as food, hydration, rest and medication safety. Recurrent, sudden or severe change, dangerous glucose variation, chest symptoms, faintness or confusion routes to qualified or emergency care as appropriate.

Record. Preserve the event, conditions, support, burden, symptoms and action taken. A later recovery event does not erase the interruption.
