PART 1: FOUNDATION

Before you start, understand the framework this book uses to organise capability. Part 1 introduces Human Capability Engineering, Titan’s philosophy, current-state profile and planning systems.

The Foundation contains four operational components — all governed by a fifth element, the Context Envelope (section 1.5):

First, you will learn the Human Capability Engineering foundation and the Philosophy & Architecture - the constitutional and practical models that make systematic capability work measurable, adaptable and honest. This is not positive thinking or a promise of unlimited change; it is a disciplined way to define what is being attempted, under which conditions, with what evidence and at what cost.

Second, you will create a structured twenty-four-domain current-state profile. It is a planning aid, not a diagnostic instrument, comparison or whole-person score.

Third, you will map plausible constraints and compare routes without treating a lower domain entry as causal proof.

Finally, the Personal Roadmap translates one selected aim into a feasible plan, observable actions and a review point. It does not guarantee behaviour change or progress.

Read this section before selecting a Program so that your choice has a stated purpose, baseline and review point.
