Section 50 of 440
PART 3: INTEGRATED PROGRAMS
PROGRAM A: FOUNDATION RESET
Optional current-state observation
Status | Optional route |
|---|---|
Use | Choose one low-burden observation only if it serves a declared purpose; no universal target or tracking requirement applies. |
Boundary | Rest, non-participation, and a zero-activity day are valid. Qualified external review remains open. |
Program A is optional. It is not a prerequisite, reset, treatment, diet, sleep plan, or exercise plan. A reader may begin elsewhere, record no data, or decline the route.
If useful, choose one low-burden, already-safe routine or observation that serves a declared purpose. Record the context, whether assistance was used, burden, and a review date. Change only one thing when that makes the observation easier to interpret; no change is required.
Titan sets no universal wake time, sleep schedule, screen rule, water or salt amount, protein target, meal frequency, food exclusion, alcohol target, light exposure, light-box setting, movement minimum, or tracking requirement. Health conditions, medication, disability, shift work, care duties, culture, access, and personal choice can change what is appropriate.
Do not abruptly stop alcohol if dependence or withdrawal is possible; use qualified local support. Do not continue activity through illness, injury, delayed symptom worsening, or acute deterioration. Rest and zero-activity days are valid.
At review, continue, adapt, pause, or retire the selected observation. Completion does not establish readiness for another program or improvement in sleep, blood sugar, appetite, energy, recovery, cognition, or health.
