Current status: PWR-078 remains held from explanatory publication and current operational use. Legacy protocol-like material is retained as historical lineage but is not a current training, navigation, mobility, assessment or promotion route.
Book scope: the correction covers the affected Revision 7K, Revision 7L RC2 and Revision 7N historical surfaces, was carried into Revision 7P and Revision 7R, and remains explicitly bound into Revision 7T as a status-and-safety boundary.

Revision 7L RC2 remains frozen. Its open Table 129 placement correction is carried forward, unresolved, through Revision 7N, Revision 7P, Revision 7R and Revision 7T. Revision 7T is Titan’s current published Public Research Edition. Revision 7K is an archived predecessor retained for provenance. External review remains pending.

Combat Sports safety gate placed under the wrong programme
Finding: Table 129 is the Combat Sports safety gate, but the frozen RC2 source places it at the end of Program F: Financial Acceleration. It belongs with Program G: Combat Sport & Conditioning.
Current reader treatment: the table remains in its inherited RC2 source position and carries a visible correction note. A later controlled editorial revision must move it into Program G and correct its generated locator caption.
Status: internal editorial correction recorded 2 August 2026 and explicitly carried forward on 3 August 2026; external review remains open.
