Safety, Evidence and Responsible Use

Human-performance work can carry physical, psychological, legal, financial, privacy and accessibility risk. This Part defines stop rules, evidence boundaries, professional routes and responsible-use controls; it does not confer medical clearance or invite escalation.

Safety is non-compensatory. A better score, faster result or more demanding exposure cannot average away material risk, loss of consent or excessive burden. Discomfort, biomarker change and device output are not proof that a method is beneficial.

This Part covers contraindication and referral boundaries, evidence and citation governance, data integrity, ethics, trauma-informed use and the conditions under which a protocol should be paused or retired.
