A Note About This Edition

Revision 7T is the published full-tutorial Public Research Edition. It provides one canonical learning unit for every Power, 255 full individual tutorials, two first-class access modes and 26 Gold pathways. The 35 governed sources are preserved as 22 practical or supervised tutorials and 13 complete non-operational research tutorials; 220 additional lessons contain individually authored plain-English methods, numbered steps, examples, right-versus-wrong teaching, mistake correction, guided practice and progress checks. PWR-078 remains status-only. Revision 7T is Titan’s current published Public Research Edition. Revision 7K is an archived predecessor retained for provenance. Technical integrity details are published on the Technical and Versions pages. No independent validation or promotion is created.

Revision 7N is a Public Research Edition successor candidate derived from Revision 7M. It consolidates Titan’s research branches under the Titan Research & Governance Lab: one subordinate internal programme with one master register, one archive and one promotion process. The consolidation preserves original identifiers, statuses, versions, source lineage, contrary evidence and unresolved gaps. It creates no new Core domain, operational module, score, recommendation, clinical service, Current Edition designation, deployment approval or commercial authority, and it promotes no candidate or intervention.

Revision 7M is a Public Research Edition candidate derived from Revision 7L RC2. It adds Appendix AD, Personal Science & Responsible Biohacking, as a cross-cutting Methods layer. The appendix defines a twelve-part personal-comparison standard, wearable and sensor integrity rules, ordinary light and environmental routes, a Biohack Evidence Card, and explicit boundaries for PFAS, grounding, glucose devices, temperature exposure, photobiomodulation, neurofeedback, biomarkers, HBOT and experimental pharmacology. It changes no frozen Core domain, operational module, L1–L5 meaning or capability status, and it promotes no candidate or intervention.

Revision 7L is the Public Research Edition successor candidate derived from sealed Revision 7K. It integrates the completed Titan Evidence Reconciliation v1.1 as a non-promotional research layer, presents Capability Commons and Multi-Locus Capability Architecture v0.2 as Candidate governance, and records Research Expansion v1.0 as an owner-approved prospective programme. It does not alter the frozen twenty-four-domain Core, the sixteen operational modules, L1–L5 semantics or any capability status. The evidence reconciliation establishes archive traceability and bibliographic identity, not intervention effectiveness. No candidate has been promoted. Every Wave B–J programme remains planned and not executed.

Revision 7K is a measurement-precision, navigation-integrity and build-closure release derived from Revision 7J. It preserves the measurement-error layer while correcting its interpretation: a score difference below the declared individual-level SDC/MDC is recorded as change not detected at the stated confidence under that instrument and protocol, not proof that no underlying change occurred. It separates absolute criterion attainment from longitudinal change, interprets SDC/MDC and MIC together without conflating them, returns difficulty–stability–retrievability to Candidate Architecture pending cross-capability validation, preserves the three-way human-only, AI-only and configured-pair comparison, repairs the Contents destinations, and hardens the release toolchain against missing, duplicated, malformed and falsely green registry records. It preserves the Frozen twenty-four-domain Core, the sixteen operational module identities, L1–L5 semantics, safety gates and append-only evidence history.

Revision 7J was a measurement candidate release derived from Revision 7I. It introduced test–retest reliability, standard error of measurement, detectable-change thresholds and a three-way human-only, AI-only and configured-pair comparison. Its initial wording treated sub-threshold differences too absolutely and promoted a difficulty–stability–retrievability model before cross-capability validation. Revision 7K supersedes those interpretations while preserving the useful measurement and human–AI additions.

Revision 7I is a governance-lock release derived from Revision 7H. It adds no capability content and changes no capability record. It corrects a residual formatting artefact in the exertion-intolerance instruction, corrects a root-cause statement in the Revision 7H note, and accompanies a package in which the frontier audit and Wave 2 scope declaration are re-issued against this edition rather than against a withdrawn one, and in which the registry validator genuinely detects the duplicate-record collision that earlier releases claimed it detected.

Revision 7H is an integrity-repair release derived from Revision 7F. Revision 7G is withdrawn: it inserted a second Genome panel for the Spatial Simulation module carrying the same canonical record identity and version as the panel that already existed, which is precisely the collision the append-only registry rules exist to prevent. Revision 7H instead adds the caption that was genuinely missing, restores the module’s real name, defines a paragraph style that 818 paragraphs referenced but which was never declared, removing 56 stray characters from the reader PDF, and separately repairs invalid property ordering in those same paragraphs. It adds no capability content and preserves the frozen twenty-four-domain Core, the sixteen operational module identities, L1-L5 semantics, safety gates and append-only evidence history.

Revision 7F is a content release derived from Revision 7E. It adds a Core-to-capability coverage map recording that eighteen of the twenty-four Core domains have no operational capability module; declares two reserved capability families for the Hardware and Operating System layers; adds routes for readers the standard loop does not fit, including a hard safety boundary for exertion intolerance; adds governance for third-party and coerced disclosure, export, deletion and inheritance; and adds five content domains. It preserves the frozen twenty-four-domain Core, the sixteen operational module identities, L1-L5 semantics, safety gates and append-only evidence history. No module was promoted and no reserved slot is scoreable.

Revision 7E is a traceable structural and capability release derived from Revision 7D. It repairs the heading hierarchy of the Capability Standard, restores two missing capability-family headings and two missing module headings, declares the registry namespace and the seven legacy Candidate Lab identifiers, records module-registry completeness, adds decay-informed refresher scheduling, adds a twelfth acquisition mechanism, adds three Candidate Lab records and four Research Observatory entries including two negative findings, and separates the Capability Frontier Audit series from the internal wave series. It preserves the frozen twenty-four-domain Core, the sixteen operational module identities, L1-L5 semantics, safety gates and append-only evidence history. No Core domain was added, removed or reweighted.

Revision 7D is a traceable remediation release derived from Revision 7C. It corrects the edition identity, removes universal medical-testing language, replaces generic supplement escalation and cycling instructions with a bounded decision route, corrects the verified cold-water-immersion citation, adds the current HCD status boundary, and rebuilds the release evidence from the final files. It preserves the frozen Core, sixteen operational module identities, L1-L5 semantics, safety gates and append-only evidence history. This remains an educational framework and a controlled editorial release, not proof that Titan, HCE or HCD is a validated clinical, diagnostic or predictive system.

This Public Research Edition release candidate integrates Human Capability Engineering (HCE) while preserving Titan’s frozen Core, operational modules, safety boundaries and evidence history.

The evidence labels in the educational chapters are reading aids, not personal recommendations or a substitute for current professional guidance. The operational Capability Standard uses a separate, task-specific evidence framework. Wherever health, medication, injury, mental health, fasting, temperature exposure or another material risk is involved, use the relevant qualified professional route.

Titan’s frozen Core remains exactly twenty-four domains across Hardware, Operating System and Applications. Revision 7N preserves those domains as a non-scoring current-state profile. The sixteen operational capability modules are assessed separately. A capability level records demonstrated performance on a declared task; it does not score identity, worth or unlimited potential. Maintenance is a lifecycle state beside L1–L5, never a sixth level. Revision 7K weighting is retained only as historical compatibility data and is not calculated or displayed.

The browser Cockpit and Titan Engine are the working surfaces for declarations, results, maintenance, safety history and professional handoff. The book explains the system; the tools hold the evidence history.

This publication authority makes Revision 7T available as a Public Research Edition. Revision 7T is Titan’s current published Public Research Edition. Revision 7K is an archived predecessor retained for provenance.

Human Capability Engineering v1.0 is the constitutional standard beneath Titan; v1.0.2 is its current editorial release. Titan is the first reference implementation. HCE governs what an operational capability claim means, how it is bounded, verified, maintained, versioned, suspended and retired. It does not change the frozen twenty-four-domain Core, the separation between Core planning and the sixteen operational modules, historical Revision 7K compatibility, or the rule that maintenance is never L6.

HCE is a proposed engineering specification and empirical research programme. Conformance shows that a record or implementation follows the declared structure; it does not by itself prove that a protocol works, that a person will benefit, or that HCE is a validated universal predictive science. Those claims require their own evidence.

Human Capability Dynamics (HCD) remains a candidate research and computational specification associated with the HCE architecture. Its Stages 1–12S are preserved as an immutable source branch within the Titan Research & Governance Lab; this organisational consolidation does not constitutionally adopt HCD into HCE or empirically validate it. Synthetic HCD stages retain SYNTHETIC_ONLY execution and test design, governance and software behaviour only. They do not establish that a proposed interaction is true, promote an edge to supported status or increase the authority of any Titan capability claim.
