Appendix J: Sleep Regularity Research Boundary

Sleep Regularity & Recovery is an unscored candidate, not a treatment module. The general-use route preserves adequate sleep opportunity, daytime safety and a personally feasible diary. Titan does not prescribe CBT-I, stimulus control, sleep restriction, forced phase shifting, light therapy, CPAP or device changes, mouth taping, melatonin or another medication or supplement.

Consumer sleep-stage estimates are approximate and non-diagnostic. A diary can record sleep opportunity, timing, awakenings and daytime function without treating deep- or REM-sleep percentages as targets. Persistent insomnia, loud snoring, witnessed breathing pauses, nocturnal choking, unusual sleep behaviour, restless-leg symptoms, recurrent unintended sleep episodes or marked shift-related sleepiness route to qualified assessment.

Do not drive, cycle, operate machinery, supervise a dependent person or perform safety-critical work when dangerously sleepy. Workplace fatigue-management and transport rules override Titan. See the Candidate Lab for the research-only regularity design and its promotion gates.
