PART 3: INTEGRATED PROGRAMS

PROGRAM B: HARDWARE OPTIMIZATION

Program B is a planning and comparison route, not a workout prescription. It does not supply exercise selection, sets, repetitions, intensity zones, load increases, maximal tests, or nutrition targets.

Status

Planning only

Use

Compare professionally appropriate routes by task, prerequisites, burden, access, stop rules, and direct outcome.

Boundary

This book supplies no workout, maximal test, load progression, heart-rate formula, or nutrition target.

Begin only with a declared daily-function, rehabilitation, sport, or fitness task and a route that is appropriate to the person's health, symptoms, medication, disability, pregnancy status, experience, equipment, environment, recovery, and access to help. A qualified professional must determine individual programming when the activity or context creates material risk.

Compare available routes by prerequisites, supervision, burden, accessibility, stop rules, and the direct outcome they can test. Rest, substitution, non-participation, and a supported route are valid choices. Do not infer readiness from completion of another Titan program.

Stop the activity and use an appropriate urgent or clinical route for serious, new, or worsening symptoms. Delayed or prolonged worsening after exertion requires a separate qualified assessment; Titan does not provide an activity progression for that presentation.

Record only the declared task, conditions, assistance, symptoms, burden, and retest date. A task-specific change does not establish longevity, injury prevention, hormonal change, body-composition benefit, general resilience, or broad physical capability.
