APPENDICES

Appendix W: Sample 12-Week Implementation Plan

This is an illustrative planning shell, not a universal exercise, sleep or nutrition programme. Choose either the Core/Program route or one declared Capability route, complete the Safety Screen, and adapt every task to health, disability, equipment, work and caring responsibilities.

Weeks 1-2: define and baseline

Choose one meaningful outcome. Record the current task, conditions, support, burden and stop rule. Do not obtain medical tests, perform a maximal fitness test or start a supplement solely to create a baseline.

Weeks 3-4: test feasibility

Use the smallest safe version of the selected practice. Review adherence, task quality, symptoms and burden. If the route is not feasible, adapt it rather than escalating effort.

Weeks 5-8: repeat at a tolerable dose

Repeat the approved practice under comparable conditions. Change only one material variable at a time when interpretation matters. Preserve adequate sleep opportunity, nourishment and professional restrictions; no fixed training frequency, heart-rate zone or protein target is required.

Weeks 9-10: direct assessment

Run the predeclared direct test. Record the result, support, verification mode, burden and any safety event. Do not alter the criterion after seeing the outcome.

Weeks 11-12: review and next decision

Where the relevant module requires it, schedule delayed retention and a safe transfer test. Decide to keep, adapt, pause or retire the practice. Do not promise a rise in energy, strength or sleep quality from twelve weeks of participation.

The purpose of the twelve-week shell is administrative: it creates a review cycle. It is not a biologically optimal duration or evidence that every capability forms on the same timetable.
