APPENDIX AF: RESEARCH CHECKPOINT & TRIGGER WATCH
This appendix records what changed after the internal-evolution closure without turning research activity into proof. It publishes status, limits and source identity only. It is not a capability catalogue, protocol, score, monitoring service or promotion mechanism.
1. COMPLETE CAPABILITY PROGRAMME
Titan Gold Phase 1 reconciles all 32 research families and 256 Power routes as 255 full individual tutorials plus one PWR-078 status-only record. Every Power has one canonical individual-learning record; 216 also appear in exactly one of 26 Gold pathways, while 40 retain specialist or research routes. Thirty-five governed source lessons are preserved and augmented with complete, ready-to-use Power-specific practice packs; the other 220 contain individually authored plain-English methods, numbered steps, worked examples, right-versus-wrong teaching, mistakes and fixes, guided practice and progression checks. External review remains unstarted, and independent validations and promotions remain zero.
Revision 7T projects the complete family-level Power evidence layer in Appendix AG, the 26 canonical Gold pathway skeletons in Appendix AH and the 256-record individual-learning directory in Appendix AI. Individual and pathway access reuse the same canonical units. The public surfaces preserve evidence, uncertainty, accessibility, safety and non-claim boundaries; they do not establish that all 256 routes are facts or universally trainable abilities.
2. WAVE 5 RESULT
Wave 5 tested named decision-changing triggers against 79 exact governing rows. It retained 17 new, nonduplicate records mapped to 18 candidate-or-branch associations. None of the 79 rows closed. AV-03 remains scan-complete while still only a candidate; the other 11 avenue lanes remain held. All eight PWR-078 branches remain held.
A source count is bibliographic inventory, not an evidence-strength score, independent-cohort count, gate closure, validation or promotion. The new records sharpen comparator, transfer, measurement, harm, privacy, accessibility and governance questions; they do not authorise an activity or a stronger claim.
3. TRIGGER WATCH
After three precision waves left every exact gate open, Titan stopped broad undifferentiated desk searching. Trigger Watch preserves thirteen named lanes—AV-01 through AV-12 plus PWR-078—and records what evidence, standard, result, external receipt or governance decision would justify reopening a lane. It performs no automatic monitoring, alerts, outreach, research execution or gate closure.
A discovered event is not evidence. Evidence is not a gate closure. A gate closure is not promotion. Promotion is not validation. Validation is not publication permission.
4. PWR-078 CURRENT AUTHORITY
PWR-078 state: T2C__FROZEN_CANDIDATE__HOLD_PUBLICATION. Wave 5 retained no new PWR-078 evidence record and changed none of its eight branch states. EX-ECHOLOCATION is retired from operational use and retained as lineage only; EVD-ECHOLOCATION is a historical evidence pointer only. The Sensory Discrimination module keeps conceptual/read-only non-echolocation scope and provides no generic entry route.
Echolocation may complement established mobility methods; this entry does not establish safe independent navigation and does not advise replacing a cane, guide dog, live assistance, or qualified orientation-and-mobility support. Environmental accessibility remains separate. This edition contains no echolocation exercise, training sequence, navigation method, device procedure, assessment route or recommendation to act.
5. EDITION AND AUTHORITY
Revision 7T Full Tutorials is published as a Public Research Edition through the complete online reader, and technical integrity details are published on the Technical and Versions pages. Revision 7T is Titan’s current published Public Research Edition. Revision 7K is an archived predecessor retained for provenance. Revision 7S, Revision 7Q, Revision 7P and Revision 7N remain preserved predecessors, and Revision 7O v1.1 remains the corrected manuscript ancestor. This succession does not alter the frozen Core, Operational Standard, independent-validation count or promotion state.
