PART 4: IMPLEMENTATION

4.7 The Titan Manifesto: Complete 12-Week Program

Exertion boundary. If physical, cognitive or emotional effort reliably makes you worse afterwards — particularly when the worsening is delayed by hours or days and takes a long time to pass — do not begin this material. Read section 5.7.1 first. The method used here is not safe for you and the general safety screen was not written to detect that.

A twelve-week planning example for organising one bounded Core or Program purpose. Completion does not establish comprehensive adoption, health improvement or an operational Capability level.

PRE-PROGRAM: BASELINE AND ROUTING WEEK (Week 0)

Choose one purpose and the smallest set of observations needed to route it safely. Record the task, current conditions, supports, symptoms, burden, stop rule and review date. A Core current-state profile may guide planning; it is not a diagnosis or a Capability result.

Do not obtain DEXA, blood tests, maximal exercise tests, HRV equipment, body-fat estimates or body measurements solely for Titan. Use an existing result only when it is already appropriate, interpreted within its proper context and relevant to the declared task.

Use a safe, comparable direct task where one is needed. Leave a field blank when assessment is unsafe, unavailable, intrusive or irrelevant. Baseline uncertainty is recorded rather than converted into zero or a forced test.

PHASE 1: SLEEP FOUNDATION (Weeks 1-3)

Weeks 1-3: define one sleep-support outcome and test feasibility. Record sleep opportunity, material disruptions, daytime function, symptoms and burden. Choose at most one low-burden change at a time, such as a feasible light routine, environmental adjustment or review of caffeine timing. Titan sets no bedroom temperature, screen cutoff, bedtime, sleep-stage target or required duration.

Persistent insomnia, breathing pauses, loud snoring, unusual sleep behaviour, recurrent unintended sleep, dangerous sleepiness or persistent exhaustion route to qualified assessment. Do not drive or perform safety-critical work when dangerously sleepy.

PHASE 2: MOVEMENT FOUNDATION (Weeks 4-6)

Choose one movement task already appropriate for the person and define completion, technique, symptoms, support and stop rules. Frequency, exercise selection, sets, repetitions, intensity and progression come from the relevant clinician, coach or safe programme; Titan prescribes no universal strength-cardio split, daily walk, Zone 2 duration or staircase target.

Review after repeated attempts. Keep, adapt, reduce or stop based on direct performance, symptoms and burden. A routine is not successful merely because it became habitual.

PHASE 3: NUTRITION REVIEW (Weeks 7-9)

Record the current eating pattern and whether it supports nourishment, medication, daily function and the selected movement task. Titan prescribes no protein target, processed-food percentage, “clean” shopping list, eating window, snack prohibition or hydration schedule. Appendix A and qualified guidance govern the route.

PHASE 4: STRESS AND RECOVERY REVIEW (Weeks 10-11)

Compare workload, symptoms, task quality, support and sleep opportunity. Optional grounding, comfortable breathing, ordinary rest or low-burden movement may be tested only while safe and useful. Titan requires no cold exposure, breath count, foam-rolling session, HRV target or fixed deload.

PHASE 5: DIRECT ASSESSMENT AND DECISION (Week 12)

Repeat only the predeclared, safe and comparable direct tasks. Do not obtain medical tests, perform a maximal fitness test, repeat every profile field or require progress photographs. Record the result, verification mode, symptoms, burden and safety events; then keep, adapt, pause, recover or retire the practice. Where the relevant Capability module requires it, schedule delayed retention and a safe transfer test separately.

BEYOND WEEK 12: CONTINUING THE JOURNEY

After completing the 12-week foundation:

Option 1: Continue building - Add only one appropriate complexity at a time - Increase load under the applicable technique and safety rules - Choose a declared capability or Program goal without adding a temperature challenge

Option 2: Maintain and deepen - Maintain current protocols - Focus on mastery rather than expansion - Refine what’s working

Option 3: choose another bounded purpose only after reviewing the current result, burden, safety history, access and maintenance needs. Titan sets no mandatory strength–cardio–cognition rotation or annual comprehensive assessment.

TWELVE-WEEK REVIEW CRITERIA

Review whether the selected practice was feasible, whether the declared direct outcome changed under comparable conditions, what support was required, and whether burden or symptoms make continuation worthwhile. A neutral or discontinued result is valid evidence.

Do not infer general fitness, body-composition change, cardiovascular health, autonomic recovery, habit automaticity or broad well-being unless that exact claim was separately defined and supported. Program completion never awards Capability L1–L5.
