PART 1: FOUNDATION

1.2 CURRENT-STATE PROFILE & NON-ASSESSMENT

The frozen Core remains a twenty-four-domain map across Hardware, Operating System and Applications. Revision 7N preserves it as a profile rather than combining it into layer totals or a Titan Score. A domain entry is a bounded statement about what is known now. It is not a diagnosis, an operational Capability level, a population comparison, a rank or a judgement of personal worth.

Do not run a test, obtain bloodwork, provoke symptoms, perform a maximal effort or collect sensitive data merely to complete Titan. Use recent ordinary-life observations and measurements already appropriate to you. Clinical measurements remain subject to qualified interpretation and are never converted into a Titan score.

A domain may be left unassessed for a legitimate reason. Record that reason as DECLINED, UNAVAILABLE, INACCESSIBLE, CONTRAINDICATED, INTERRUPTED, INVALID, NOT_REQUIRED or NOT_ASSESSED. None of these states becomes zero, a low rating or evidence of failure.

THE MINIMUM VIABLE PROFILE

Begin with one real outcome that matters now. It may concern function, participation, care, work, learning, connection, continuity, recovery or another person-defined purpose.

State the outcome and who selected it.

Apply the Safety Screen and any relevant professional or legal gate.

Review only the Core domains that may bear on the outcome. Reviewing all twenty-four is optional.

For each reviewed domain, record the current observation; its date and evidence source; unaided and supported performance where known; the support configuration; material constraints, symptoms and access conditions; uncertainty; relevance to the declared outcome; and the next useful review date.

Do not average, rank or order the domains.
