The Titan Loop
Exertion boundary. If physical, cognitive or emotional effort reliably makes you worse afterwards — particularly when the worsening is delayed by hours or days and takes a long time to pass — do not begin this material. Read section 5.7.1 first. The method used here is not safe for you and the general safety screen was not written to detect that.
Titan has two connected lanes. Core work uses the frozen twenty-four-domain profile to map current-state domains against a declared outcome and compare integrated Program routes. Capability work uses one of the sixteen operational modules and a declaration locked before observation. Do not combine their records.

Titan loop: route safety, choose Core or Capability, lock any capability declaration, run one protocol, record result and burden, test retention and transfer where required, then review maintenance and safety history.
- Route safety and choose the lane. Complete the Safety Screen and decide whether the work belongs to the frozen Core or one operational capability module.
- Record the baseline and conditions. Preserve the starting result, support, burden and material context.
- Lock the declaration before observation. For capability work, predeclare the task, direct criterion, retention and transfer plans, evidence mode, burden plan, stop rule and review window.
- Run one Program or one declared module protocol. Avoid changing the criterion after seeing the result; an amendment creates a linked successor.
- Record the result as history. Keep direct performance, support, verification mode, burden and any adverse event. Never overwrite a less flattering event.
- Test what the claimed level requires. L4 needs delayed retention and a predeclared transfer task. L5 applies the stricter module gate and normally requires independent assessment.
- Review lifecycle and safety. A result may be current, maintained, review due, historical or criterion not met; a later recovery event does not erase the interruption.
A notebook can record practice, but it does not reproduce Cockpit declaration digests, append-only linkage or structured cross-module safety history unless every required field and rule is independently implemented. The browser Cockpit and Titan Engine are the reference working surfaces.
