PART 5: RESOURCES & SAFETY
5.6 TRAUMA-INFORMED OPTIMIZATION
Trauma-related symptoms, memories, triggers, and feared situations are outside self-directed Titan exposure training. Stress practices elsewhere in the book must not be applied to them.
A person may decline, pause, or stop without explanation. Brief present-moment orientation may be tried only if freely chosen and helpful; it is not exposure therapy or treatment and should stop if distress, panic, dissociation, or function worsens.

Use qualified trauma-informed care; external named review remains open. |
Use qualified trauma-informed care for assessment or treatment and local urgent support when immediate safety is at risk. A partner stop word is not a substitute for consent, safeguarding, or professional care.
