Revision 7T Full Tutorials was updated and published online on 1 September 2026. Earlier entries remain baseline provenance. The current PWR-078 correction-status boundary governs wherever older status language conflicts with it: PWR-078 is held from explanatory publication and current operational use. The boundary does not re-authorise any frozen historical payload.
Current PWR-078 status authority
PWR-078 is available only as a status-and-safety correction. Titan does not authorise the held material as training, navigation or mobility instruction. It does not establish safe independent navigation or advise replacing a cane, guide dog, live assistance or qualified orientation-and-mobility support.

Revision 7T · Full Tutorial Edition
Revision 7T is the published Public Research Edition and source for the 440-section online reader. It integrates all 32 Power families, 256 canonical individual learning units, 255 full individual tutorials, 26 Gold pathways and 35 governed source tutorials (22 practical or supervised; 13 non-operational research) while preserving Revision 7K as an archived predecessor retained for provenance. External review remains unstarted and no claim is independently validated.

Revision 7S Canonical Learning predecessor
Revision 7S is the immediate 185-section public predecessor retained for provenance. Its tutorial pages were withdrawn after review found that the 220 added bodies used repeated teaching shells and did not meet the full-tutorial standard. Revision 7T replaces those bodies while preserving the Power IDs, routes, evidence records and authority boundaries.
