What this corrects

Older Revision 7K, Revision 7L RC2 and Revision 7N surfaces retain their exact historical text for provenance. Their protocol-like PWR-078 actionability is superseded by this correction and by adjacent notices in the online reader.
The wider Sensory Discrimination & Substitution identity is preserved conceptually for non-echolocation work, but it has no new generic assessment, session, retest or handoff route until explicit non-echolocation task identities are governed.
