The evolving atlas of human superpowers
The human capability map—so far.
Explore the capabilities currently represented in The Titan Protocol: twenty-eight Part 2 book systems, fifteen current-actionable modules, one conceptual/read-only module identity, separate governance and a fourteen-entry Research Observatory. The book’s 28 systems are chapter-level subjects; the Cockpit’s frozen 24-domain Core is a separate current-state record, not a chapter count. Research-only objects remain lanes inside Titan’s subordinate Research & Governance Lab; the Lab is not itself a capability or another public product.

Book systems
Physical & Metabolic Superpowers
The physical substrate: strength, endurance, mobility, and body composition, trained with pain-literate judgment so everything else has hardware to run on.
Foundational Biological Stacks
Fuel and recovery engineering — nutrition, sleep architecture, hydration, and circadian design — the inputs every other system silently depends on.
Restorative & Autonomic Superpowers
Skills and supports for recovery, stress regulation, breathing and safe environmental exposure, with clinical and individual boundaries kept visible.
Cognitive & Creative Superpowers
Task-specific practice in memory, focus, learning and creative production, without treating intelligence as one fixed trait or one universal score.
Sensory, Perceptual & Performance Superpowers
Bounded sensory, perceptual and sensorimotor abilities—from discrimination and interoception to situational awareness and task-specific skill acquisition.
Emotional & Social Superpowers
Listening, communication, negotiation, boundaries and difficult conversations, with consent and relationship safety treated as non-negotiable.
Financial & Economic Superpowers
Money as an engineered system: income architecture, investing fundamentals, budgeting, and financial defence — education, not advice.
Combat Sports & Physical Conditioning
Fighting capability as a forge — striking, grappling, and conditioning under qualified coaching, for composure as much as competence.
Intimacy & Sexual Wellbeing
A deliberate intimate life: desire, connection, communication, and the physiological foundations underneath all of them.
Spiritual & Transcendent Superpowers
Meaning under mortality — contemplative depth, awe, purpose, and practices that survive contact with real loss.
Parenting & Mentorship Superpowers
Raising and developing other humans: stages, standards, mentorship, and the modelling that teaches louder than words.
Crisis Management & Leadership Under Chaos
Capability when it counts — decisions under pressure, leading through chaos, and the civil preparedness that backs it up.
Storytelling & Narrative Mastery
Story as an operating tool: narrative structure, public speaking, and written persuasion that moves people without manipulating them.
Technology & AI Collaboration
Working beside machines without surrendering judgment — human–AI governance, automation criteria, and full-stack digital self-defence.
Wilderness & Survival Skills
Competence when infrastructure disappears: navigation, shelter, fire, water, and honest field first-aid boundaries.
Substance Risk, Impairment, and Harm Reduction
Clear-eyed substance literacy — risk, impairment, harm reduction, and the off-ramps from dependence.
Healthcare Navigation & Medication Literacy
Navigating medicine as an informed operator: referrals, medication literacy, screening, and advocacy inside real healthcare systems.
Character Architecture & the Personal Constitution
The governing code for every other power — virtues defined as behaviours, a one-page constitution, and repair when conduct drifts.
Life Design, Vocation & Option Prototyping
Choosing which life to build before optimising it: three five-year lives, cheap prototypes, and staged commitment.
Play, Wonder & Quality-of-Life Engineering
Deliberately unscored joy — play, wonder, and quality-of-life engineering that keeps the system from becoming a maintenance sentence.
Relational Fitness & Durable Bonds
Proactive maintenance of the bonds that hold a life: mapping, cadence, rituals, early repair, and support that flows both ways.
Knowledge Operations & Intellectual Leverage
Turning intake into output — the capture-to-expression pipeline, retrieval practice, and provenance discipline.
Self-Sabotage Mapping & Metacognitive Control
Meeting your own resistance with a map: twelve sabotage patterns, a nine-field diagnostic, and replacement designs that hold.
Grief and Bereavement
A humane stand-down for loss: suspend performance demands without recording failure, protect decision space and seek qualified support when distress becomes persistent, disabling or dangerous.
Caregiving Capability
Coordinating care while protecting another adult’s autonomy, dignity and preferences—and recognising the carer’s limits before a crisis makes the decision.
Ending Relationships Well
Deciding, communicating and dismantling an ending with clarity, while separating ordinary relationship endings from abuse-related safety planning.
Fraud and Manipulation Resistance
Interrupt urgency, verify through an independent channel and bring in a second person before an unusual or irreversible transfer.
Civic and Institutional Navigation
Finding deadlines, creating a written record, using escalation routes and knowing when a high-stakes matter needs qualified advice.
Capability Standard · separate from the 24 Core records
Seven families. Fifteen current-actionable modules.
Sixteen identities remain governed, but MOD-SENSORY-DISCRIMINATION is conceptual/read-only and has no current assessment, session, retest or handoff route. Maintenance/currentness is displayed beside L1-L5 for the fifteen actionable modules, never as a sixth level. There is no Core Score, layer average, rank or global portfolio average. Read the PWR-078 correction.
Perception, Spatial Cognition & Sensorimotor Navigation
Two modules remain current-actionable. MOD-SENSORY-DISCRIMINATION is retained as a conceptual/read-only identity with no new operational route.
Learning, Memory, Creativity & Metacognition
Acquire, retain, retrieve, transfer, generate and accurately monitor knowledge and skill.
Quantitative, Decision & Causal Intelligence
Estimate uncertainty, choose actions, test causal explanations and learn from resolved outcomes.
Communication, Argument & Negotiation
Listen, explain, teach, test claims, negotiate and repair understanding without sacrificing truth or consent.
Collaboration & Collective Intelligence
Combine independent information, expertise, dissent, coordination and shared memory into better group performance.
Making, Tool Use & Operations
Diagnose, make, maintain and operate physical or procedural systems with verification, fallbacks and safe escalation.
Human–Technology Augmentation
Select and govern assistive or AI tools so the combined system improves outcomes without losing safety, ownership or skill.
Governance · separate from capability
The rules that keep training honest and usable.
Safety, readiness, adaptation, evidence maturity and data integrity govern the system. They are never treated as human powers.
Safety & Clearance
Risk screens, professional boundaries and stop conditions route every protocol before performance.
READ THE STANDARD →Readiness & Dose Routing
Readiness is a transparent self-report pacing heuristic, not a validated diagnostic or capability score.
READ THE STANDARD →Accessibility & Adaptation
Preserve the intended function through an equivalent lower-risk pathway; never penalise an assistive route.
READ THE STANDARD →Evidence Maturity & Claim Scope
The practical claim cannot exceed the population, task, outcome, transfer and safety supported by its evidence.
READ THE STANDARD →Data Quality, Privacy & Retirement
Store only useful data, label missing coverage, protect exports and retire measures or protocols that do not earn their burden.
READ THE STANDARD →Research Observatory · internal Lab lane
Interesting is not yet operational.
These phenomena remain visible but unscored and non-prescriptive inside the shared Research & Governance Lab process. Observatory presence is not promotion.

READ FREE →Grief, Caregiving & Irreversible Change
Some experiences should not be scored, reframed, or optimised — how the system stands down and supports.
READ FREE →Preventive Maintenance
Hearing, vision, skin, teeth, bone density, pelvic floor — the neglected systems that fail silently.
READ FREE →Household Operations & Paperwork Resilience
Documents, admin systems, continuity planning — the boring infrastructure that survives a crisis.
READ FREE →The counts describe different inventories: the book contains 28 Part 2 systems, while the Cockpit preserves 24 frozen Core-domain records. Systems 2.1–2.16 inform those Core records; systems 2.17–2.28 and the Capability Portfolio are cross-cutting, context-dependent, unscored or separately measured. Governance and research stay outside operational capability, and none become extra Core inputs. The book evolves without inventing a universal ruler.
