Every object has one governed identity.
Legacy IDs and branch provenance remain traceable, while status, ownership, evidence boundaries and unresolved work can be read from one cross-branch register.
Titan Research & Governance Lab · frozen baseline + bounded internal work
For every proposed human superpower, Titan asks six different questions rather than treating one exciting result as proof of a reliable real-world ability. The Titan Research & Governance Lab is the internal programme that preserves this work. It is not another public product: the book, Cockpit and planned Capability Commons remain Titan’s public-facing system.
One programme · multiple governed lanes
Titan’s twelve-stage Human Capability Dynamics method (HCD Stages 1–12S)—from defining and bounding a claim through simulated pilots, adversarial challenge and reproducibility planning—now sits inside one programme. So do the Frontier Audit, a structured search for credible abilities beyond the current map; specialist research waves; “hostile review,” a deliberate attempt to disprove or narrow a claim; Candidate Lab; Research Observatory; Personal Science; Commons research routing; and future institutional work.
Legacy IDs and branch provenance remain traceable, while status, ownership, evidence boundaries and unresolved work can be read from one cross-branch register.
The archive links the source branches and challenge history without flattening their provenance or rewriting synthetic work as real-world validation.
Observation, Observatory, Candidate, restricted review, operational proposal, suspension and retirement use the same explicit human-governed gates. New promotions: zero.
Titan’s internal-evolution model · five independent signals
A record can become better researched, safer and clearer without being promoted. Titan tracks five separate questions so that internal progress never masquerades as outside confirmation, and outside confirmation never silently creates a public tutorial.
Growth without promotion is still evolution.
Promotion is one governed decision among several—not the definition of progress.
The defined search, synthesis and adversarial pass is finished for its declared scope. This means Titan completed its own work—not that the conclusion is independently confirmed.
256 / 256 mapped powersA bounded explanation may state the evidence, uncertainty and refusal lines. It grants no exercise, dose, progression, endorsement or operational standing.
255 ready · 1 heldA bounded, non-prescriptive informational frame may be published inside its safe-content scope. It creates no steps, dose or progression; only four pre-existing G3 Field Lab explorations are released.

216 / 256 powers · including all 46 priority dossiersThis label requires actual external confirmation of the exact claim and configuration. Internal diligence, source independence or a prepared review packet cannot earn it.
0 currentlyThese labels are non-exclusive. “Internal evidence complete” and “external confirmation required” can both be true. “Public explainer ready” does not imply “non-prescriptive guide frame ready.” Nothing here changes the frozen Core or records a promotion.

A demonstrated phenomenon is not automatically trainable or useful.
A group difference, anecdote or immediate feedback response does not prove novice acquisition.
Immediate performance cannot substitute for a delayed, comparable retest.
Laboratory or simulator improvement does not establish another task or real-world function.
A statistically significant change can remain too small, burdensome or narrow to be useful.
Performance cannot average away consent, access, rights, burden or third-party harm.
All-family programme · internal mapping complete · independent review not started
Titan has mapped 32 capability families and 256 proposed powers, then asked what is known about existence, trainability, retention, transfer, useful real-world effects, safety and legitimacy. The result is a challengeable internal map—not an independent finding, endorsement or promotion.
Archived does not mean adopted. The programme is preserved with cryptographic provenance, but its contents have not been incorporated into the frozen Lab v1 register or archive. Successor integration remains on HOLD.
Each proposal has its own source-to-question record. Reused evidence is flagged so one bundle of studies cannot masquerade as several independent lines of support.
Draft review requests exist without names or contact details. None has been issued, and Titan has received no independent response or decision.
Automated production, governance and adversarial checks passed. That establishes internal consistency, not external validation or permission to publish training.
Frozen Lab v1 baseline: 655 register records and 46 verified archive entries. Internal map: 525 family source records, 1,536 six-question adjudications, 256 source-to-question matrices and 99 flagged identical multi-source evidence bundles.
Draft review design: 32 identity-free packets remain unsent across seven specialist lanes; the design calls for 163 required responses and four staged waves. Internal checks: producer 19,403/19,403; governance 2,332/2,332; adversarial or “hostile” audit 9,857/9,857.
Control state: Honorarium UNSET · funding UNFUNDED · offer DO_NOT_OFFER. Reviewer identities, contacts, invitations, responses, decisions, payments, promotions and research-generated tutorials remain at zero. This page publishes no review packet, internal path, budget scenario or source archive.
The all-family inventory contains 525 family-source rows. Five mapping-only review rows help organise the catalogue but are excluded from adjudicative public citations. The remaining 520 adjudicative rows resolve to 492 canonical linked primary or official citation identities because the same work can appear in more than one family register. Frontier cards link the canonical identity and do not count aliases as independent evidence.
Lab method lane · cross-cutting · unscored
The useful part of biohacking is disciplined experimentation: one bounded question, a relevant baseline, the smallest reversible change, measurement limits, a stop rule and an honest result. The unsafe part is treating novelty, a biomarker shift or a personal anecdote as proof.
Ordinary, reversible changes may be recorded when the outcome, noise, burden and generalisation boundary are declared.
Professional pathways are not converted into DIY protocols. Mixed or immature claims remain visible without recommendation.
Detox scores, non-invasive glucose jewellery, universal readiness targets, dopamine hacking and similar overclaims are not allowed to return through popularity.
Current bounded synthesis
The completed programme covers frontier physiological regulation, sensory learning, sensorimotor mapping, epistemic resilience, human–AI reliance, team and institutional capability, acquisition architecture and specialist research waves in clinical, operational, craft and sport settings.
Unusual voluntary control, sensory substitution, navigation, perceptual learning, motor adaptation, epistemic skills and human–technology configurations are separated by claim and risk.
Surgery, anaesthesia, rehabilitation, communication, vestibular and vision pathways, emergency medicine, aviation, space, precision crafts, music, dance and sport were reviewed with transfer boundaries.
Research may narrow claims, improve safety wording or move through the Lab’s Observatory and Candidate lanes. Operational promotion requires the shared process and a separate explicit decision.
Waves B–E · internal work completed · external review not started
Culturally situated capability, disability-led innovation, human–AI complementarity and collective or team capability have completed internal desk research, an exact comparison with the frozen Lab baseline and an adversarial challenge designed to expose overclaim, weak transfer, safety problems and missing perspectives. Six bounded reviewer-request drafts are recorded. Prior-release material also records an inert Phase 4 activation-control design; this page does not present it as a newly activated or independently inspectable control system. No reviewer has been named, appointed, invited or paid; no external response, adjudication, canonical write or promotion has occurred.
Claims were decomposed, compared with the existing register and tested against counter-evidence, transfer, safety, accessibility and authority boundaries.
Reviewer scopes are limited to declared questions and perspectives. A packet is a draft request for scrutiny, not a favourable review or endorsement.
Prior-release material records a synthetic rehearsal design for selection, conflict, privacy, custody, correction, withdrawal and adjudication. Invitations and live response handling remain unauthorised.
External-media catalogue · provisional internal intake
A screenshot-visible external-media catalogue was converted into a governed provisional intake and checked against the frozen 655-record Lab baseline. The crosswalk found 7 duplicates, 18 extensions, 6 claims requiring a split, 4 genuinely new proposals, 10 holds and 19 exclusions. “New” means only that a proposal does not duplicate the baseline; it does not mean the proposed capability exists, is safe or is ready for public use.
The exaggerated source language was separated from the bounded performance question and linked to an existing record where the identity matched.
Tendon adaptation, quiet locomotion, load-carriage endurance and one specialist-only cervical proposal have completed an internal Phase‑1 evidence pass and an adversarial attempt to find overclaim, transfer and safety failures—the Lab’s “hostile review.” They remain drafts outside the canonical register.
Source capture, cultural provenance, canonical ingestion and public promotion remain on HOLD. No catalogue download, brand promotion, training protocol or book change is authorised here.
Retained negative evidence
Bounded internal closure · completed · external authority unchanged
Titan completed the defined exception-repair and high-risk challenge pass without inventing evidence where an exact match could not be found. Completion here describes internal work only; it does not convert a source into an external review, a candidate into a capability or a research note into a tutorial.
Forty-nine tasks closed internally. One hundred and thirty-two remain held where a stronger authority, evidence line or external decision is still required.
Forty-three exact questions received an acceptable independent challenge source. Three bounded searches ended without a configuration-matched source and are recorded as evidence gaps, not forced analogies.
All 46 high-risk or clinical records remain external-confirmation required. No public training permission or canonical promotion was created.
What happens next
Titan can continue researching, challenging, prototyping, explaining and improving its architecture now. External involvement is a claim-specific final-mile gate for clinical safety, high-risk action, culturally governed knowledge, affected-person rights, novel efficacy and the label “independently validated”—not permission to keep building.
