256 powers, six questions each
Existence, trainability, retention, transfer, functional value, and safety and legitimacy remain independently challengeable.
Internal progress · B → C → D → E · future sequence E2 → F → H → I → G → J
The all-family programme has completed its internal evidence map and prepared 32 identity-free review packets across four dormant activation waves. This extends rather than erases the earlier Waves B–E and four-dossier status records. External review has not started and no reviewer, response, decision or promotion exists. Later research waves remain planned and unexecuted. A research object or place in the roadmap does not establish that a capability exists, is trainable, transfers, is safe or should enter the book.
Review-readiness sequence · prepared, not activated
Thirty-two family packets are mapped to seven specialist review lanes and 163 required responses across four staged waves. This is a sequencing design for possible independent scrutiny—not a claim that scrutiny has happened.
Existence, trainability, retention, transfer, functional value, and safety and legitimacy remain independently challengeable.
Different questions require evidence, clinical, accessibility, cultural, privacy, rights and public-claims scrutiny—not one generic reviewer.
Honorarium is UNSET, funding is UNFUNDED and the offer state is DO_NOT_OFFER. No reviewer has been selected or contacted.
Wave-by-wave state
Desk research, exact crosswalk and hostile challenge are complete; bounded external-review questions have been drafted.
External boundary: community authority, cultural ownership, consent, attribution and benefit-sharing remain unresolved; no external review has started.
Desk research, exact crosswalk and hostile challenge are complete; bounded review material includes accessibility, AAC authorship and alternative capability routes.
External boundary: affected-participant, accessibility and consent review remain unstarted.
Desk research, exact crosswalk and hostile challenge are complete. Two human–AI reviewer packet drafts are first in the proposed activation order.
Unit: person + model + interface + task + governance. No invitation or review result exists.
Desk research, exact crosswalk and hostile challenge are complete; bounded packets cover institutional closure and handoff questions.
External boundary: clinical, privacy and organisational governance review remain unstarted.
Institutional memory, authority allocation, feedback closure, public infrastructure, accessibility, coordination, rights, resilience and legitimate public value.
Heat, cold, altitude, isolation, confinement, sleep disruption, darkness, maritime, polar, desert, disaster, long-duration mission and operational fatigue.
Boundary: safety and professional supervision dominate.
Critical periods, adolescence, adult plasticity, midlife acquisition, older-adult learning, long-break retention, rehabilitation, hormonal transitions and intergenerational transmission.
Divergent thinking, creative constraints, artistic fluency, narrative, music, design, humour, collaborative creation, recovery after illness and human–AI co-creation.
Piloerection, pupil modulation, autonomic and respiratory control, pain modulation, thermoregulation, heart-rate regulation, ocular control and interoceptive discrimination.
Default: Observatory until replicated.
Deduplicate, reconcile taxonomy, confirm evidence boundaries, update cards, publish negative results, identify promotion-ready records and prepare a later manuscript candidate.
