Titan uses “human superpowers” to mean remarkable capabilities that can be observed or tested—not fantasy, universal promises or measures of human worth. Gold Phase 1 now has a complete published learning architecture: 32 research families, 256 individual Power pages, 255 full individual tutorials, 26 Gold pathways and 35 tutorials with separately governed capability practice. PWR-078 remains status-only. External review remains unstarted, the Capability Commons is planned and public contribution intake remains closed.
Why Titan exists
Humanity has mapped the world. We still lack a living map of ourselves.
Evidence about exceptional human capability exists across rehabilitation, neuroscience, disability research, psychology, medicine, sport, education, engineering, anthropology and artificial intelligence. These fields rarely share one map, one vocabulary or one way to separate a fascinating result from a reliable real-world ability.
Does the ability hold up?
Existence, development, retention, transfer, functional value, safety and legitimacy remain separate questions. One exciting result cannot answer all of them.
Scattered evidence can finally be connected.
Digital research tools—and now AI—make it practical to find, compare, challenge and continuously re-examine discoveries across fields. Titan’s evidence and governance rules are intended to keep that synthesis honest.
Not conventional self-help: Titan does not begin with advice about how everybody should change. It begins with a bounded claim about what a person or configured system can do, then asks what the evidence actually establishes.

Revision 7T integrates the 440-section browser reader, all 256 canonical individual Power units, 255 full tutorials and 26 Gold pathways. Every publishable Power has its own dedicated tutorial section in the reader. Thirty-five governed source lessons are preserved and each has a complete ready-to-use practice pack; 220 additional lessons contain individually authored plain-English methods, numbered steps, examples, corrections and practice. It preserves the governed Personal Science method, Internal Evolution authority model and research checkpoint. Publication does not turn held research into established claims.

Every one of the 256 Powers is individually navigable and can be added to a device-local custom path. Each page carries its evidence dossier and one treatment-appropriate learning route. The 26 Gold pathways reuse those same canonical units, and 35 current treatments carry governed practical-lesson authority. PWR-078 remains status-only and every other route retains its declared boundary.

Independent affected-participant and specialist review remain unstarted, Revision 7K is an archived predecessor retained for provenance, and no reviewer, external approval or pilot result has been invented.
Revision 7K
The byte-identical historical baseline remains available for audit and rollback. It is not overwritten by later public editions, including Revision 7R and the current Revision 7T edition.
Revision 7T full-tutorial publication
The successor manuscript adds complete Appendices AG and AH, retains the unscored Personal Science method, consolidates research governance and preserves the frozen Core. Its DOCX and PDF remain in the controlled source archive; public distribution is reader-only.

The local-first Cockpit, designed reader, all 256 individual Power pages and learning routes, device-local My Power Path builder, 26 Gold pathways, 22 governed practical or supervised lessons and 13 governed non-operational research lessons are published together. Unresolved research and review work remain visible.
Structurally prohibited outputs: a Core Score; global, layer and cross-locus composites; ranks; automatic bottleneck selection; automatic programme recommendations; Candidate or MLCA scoring; and any inference that a lapsed retest means capability loss.

Seven Hardware, six Operating System and eleven Applications domains remain exactly as the frozen Core. They are presented separately, not averaged into a global or layer score.
The 16-module Capability Standard
The seven-family operational portfolio retains L1–L5, direct task evidence, delayed retention, transfer and currentness. No research Candidate was promoted.
Capability Commons and MLCA v0.2
The Capability Commons is the planned governed environment for future collaboration. MLCA v0.2 is one non-scoring candidate framework within that future environment; it is unadopted and unpiloted.

Purpose, burden, rights, accessibility, autonomy, dignity and effects on others remain visible. Strong performance cannot erase a safety or legitimacy failure.
One internal programme—not a fourth public product: the Titan Research & Governance Lab brings HCD Stages 1–12S, the Frontier Audit, specialist research waves, hostile review, the Candidate Lab, Research Observatory, Personal Science and responsible biohacking, and future institutional work under one master register, one provenance-preserving archive and one explicit promotion process. These remain lanes inside Titan; none has produced a new promotion.

Every research lane uses the same promotion process. A branch name, public contribution, personal result or completed review cannot bypass it.

- Candidate LabA bounded definition, task, measurement contract, burdens and stop rules are drafted for review.
- ExperimentalA separately authorised pilot may test the claim under declared conditions. Admission is not promotion.
