Public research checkpoint ·

More research. Same gates.

Titan has consolidated the latest programme, Wave 5 and Trigger Watch work into one public-safe checkpoint. It records the scale and state of the research without publishing private dossiers or turning internal work into proof, training, validation or authority.

What this checkpoint records

A larger internal map—not a larger set of claims.

Titan’s programme now accounts for 32 capability families, 256 proposed powers and six separate adjudication questions for each power: existence, trainability, retention, transfer, functional value, and safety and legitimacy. That produces 1,536 adjudications. The 6,185 non-power records are an internal research-accounting total; they are not public dossiers.

Programme scale

32 families · 256 proposals

The proposals organise questions for research. Their presence in the programme does not show that a capability exists, can be trained, transfers or is safe.

Separate decisions

1,536 adjudications

Six questions remain independently answerable for every proposed power. A positive answer on one question cannot silently decide another.

Internal record

6,185 non-power records

This aggregate describes supporting internal research objects. It does not make their underlying dossiers, reviewer material or restricted payloads public.

Wave 5 · research checkpoint

New material was retained. Every tested gate remains open.

Wave 5 added research coverage and made unresolved work more explicit. “Open” means the required evidence, review or authority condition has not been met. It is not a near-pass.

Retained

17 new records

Seventeen nonduplicate research records were retained inside the governed internal corpus.

Connected

18 new associations

Eighteen relationships were recorded between research objects without converting association into causation, efficacy or validation.

Unresolved

79 open · 0 closed

Seventy-nine gates were tested and none closed. Wave 5 therefore creates no promotion, public protocol or new operational permission.

Plain-English result: Titan learned more about what must still be proved or reviewed. It did not prove 17 new powers or pass 79 approval gates.

Trigger Watch · manual control plane

Thirteen lanes. No live monitoring.

Trigger Watch defines where a future human review could look for a material change in evidence, safety, law, community authority or another governed condition. It is a manual review structure—not a monitoring service.

  1. Thirteen review lanesThe lanes organise possible triggers so that different kinds of change are not collapsed into one alert.
  2. No automated searchThis publication does not start a crawler, subscription, surveillance process or continuous evidence scan.
  3. No automatic authorityA trigger can prompt human review. It cannot change a claim, close a gate, publish material or promote a capability by itself.

Aggregate status

Programme totals, Wave 5 activity counts, the manual Trigger Watch boundary and links to already-public governance records are published for transparency.

Raw research material

Private dossiers, reviewer material, restricted evidence payloads, unreleased protocols, and identifying or confidential material remain outside the public site.

Authority boundary: this page and its data file describe internal research at aggregate level. They do not authorise training, treatment, diagnosis, navigation or mobility instruction, independent-validation claims, public promotion, or release of any raw private dossier.

PWR-078 · controlling public status

Research presence does not lift the hold.

PWR-078 remains held from explanatory publication and current operational use. Titan does not authorise the held material as training, navigation or mobility instruction, and does not claim that it establishes safe independent navigation.

Safety boundary: nothing in this checkpoint advises replacing a cane, guide dog, live assistance or qualified orientation-and-mobility support. Historical protocol-like material remains non-actionable lineage.
