Under a qualified instructor, the learner performs the supplied 32-count phrase twice with the declared feet, directions and counts, uses the agreed support, responds to a stop cue and repeats the same phrase after at least 48 hours.

Explanation is not permission.

This dossier explains the evidence and its limits. It is not a diagnosis, personal recommendation, assessment, clearance, performance promise or training programme. Actionable teaching appears only when the canonical Power record explicitly authorises it.

Complete bounded explanation

What this power means.

Capability to develop or express dance and embodied expression in a declared context without inheriting broader claims.

What the current evidence supports

People can learn specific dance sequences and develop embodied expression, but motor learning does not prove falls prevention or cultural mastery.

How to observe or measure it without overclaiming

Declare form, sequence/timing accuracy, expressive/participant-defined outcome, assistance, fatigue and injury; biomarkers do not measure artistry.

Myth

Unlock perfect embodied expression

Metric

Declared sequence, timing and participant-defined expressive result within a named form

Boundary

Motor gain cannot prove medical benefit or confer cultural ownership.

Negative and limiting findings

  • A twelve-month cluster trial found no reduction in falls from social dancing.

Claims this evidence cannot support

  • Dance prevents falls
  • Learn a sacred form from Titan
  • Perfect body expression
  • Only standing dance counts

How to learn this Power now.

Under a qualified instructor, the learner performs the supplied 32-count phrase twice with the declared feet, directions and counts, uses the agreed support, responds to a stop cue and repeats the same phrase after at least 48 hours.

  1. Get readyThe instructor clears the floor and places START, RIGHT and FORWARD inside the learner’s comfortable range.
  2. Learn the method9 concrete steps teach the permitted method from start to finish.
  3. See right and wrong5 comparisons show correct or safer execution beside common wrong or riskier choices.
  4. PractiseAfter at least 48 hours without looking at the phrase card, repeat the same instructor, floor marks, support and one-count-per-second tempo. Record the first delayed attempt before reviewing the card. Once delayed block order and controlled stop are intact, change only one item—music, expressive quality or visual orientation—under the instructor’s direction.
  5. Check progressRecord four block-order checks, count accuracy, stable transfers, planned support use, stop response and comfort for two immediate passes and the first delayed pass after at least 48 hours. Record the participant’s chosen expressive quality in a separate field.

Authority boundary: Titan teaches the complete method; a qualified person controls the parts that require supervision, clearance, specialist equipment, load, dose or progression. The method is Power-specific; its actionability follows this treatment.
