For Cards A, B and C, a learner builds an accurate three-column duty matrix, names one failure consequence per action, assigns supplied rested checker or replacement, preserves alert ride plus recovery block, and activates a prewritten transfer when each scenario reveals its error cue. Nobody reproduces fictional short sleep.
This dossier explains the evidence and its limits. It is not a diagnosis, personal recommendation, assessment, clearance, performance promise or training programme. Actionable teaching appears only when the canonical Power record explicitly authorises it.
Complete bounded explanation
What this power means.
Capability to develop or express function under partial sleep loss in a declared context without inheriting broader claims.
What the current evidence supports
Individuals differ in vulnerability to sleep loss, but functioning under deprivation is not established as a safely trainable capability.
How to observe or measure it without overclaiming
Use objective vigilance and task error, prior sleep, circadian time and recovery—not self-rated alertness alone.
Myth
Train to function perfectly without sleep
Metric
Objective lapses, errors, judgment, health and recovery under declared sleep history
Boundary
Subjective alertness or stimulant-assisted performance does not prove safety.
Negative and limiting findings
Caffeine did not restore well-rested performance.
Caffeine impaired subsequent recovery sleep.
Subjective and objective vulnerability did not align.
Claims this evidence cannot support
train yourself to need less sleep
elite sleep-loss resilience
caffeine restores full performance
prove toughness by staying awake

How to learn this Power now.
Get readyUse Cards A–C as paper simulations while rested; do not recreate their two-night sleep ledgers.
Learn the method9 concrete steps teach the permitted method from start to finish.
See right and wrong6 comparisons show correct or safer execution beside common wrong or riskier choices.
PractiseComplete A, B and C as three rested paper sessions. For quarterly refreshers or a real roster change, write a new three-action card with one reversible, one independently checked and one pre-reassigned action, then have the responsible workplace role verify the classifications. Difficulty grows through less obvious consequences, never through less sleep or later transfer.
Check progressFor each rested card, calculate classification mismatches = number of action rows whose R/I/X differs from the folded key (possible 0–3). Calculate control omissions by counting blank checker/operator, verification source, acceptance time, review, ride or restoration fields. After revealing the cue, mark an activation defect if last verified item or unfinished item is absent, an I release proceeds unchecked, an X action returns to the character, or restoration changes. Preserve raw defect labels and corrections; produce no alertness, deprivation-duration or fitness score.
Authority boundary: Titan teaches recognition, prevention, safe response and accountable routing without teaching the prohibited act. The method is Power-specific; its actionability follows this treatment.
Citation roles are explicit. A source may support existence or trainability while simultaneously limiting transfer, certainty, generalisation or safety.
