Check your work only after you finish

Award 1 point per correctly classified position (24), 1 point for each of four correct error counts/rates, 1 for naming the configuration differences and 1 for a bounded non-diagnostic conclusion: 30 points total. Passing requires commissions and misses kept separate and no causal or personal inference.
Worked example
In Log A, position 4 is N and appears in the response list, so mark one commission.
Position 3 is G but does not appear in the response list, so mark one miss.
The remaining G positions have responses and the remaining N positions do not.
Calculate miss rate 1/9 = 11.1% and commission rate 1/3 = 33.3%.
Compare with Log B only descriptively because the second log has a reminder, a different cue sequence and later order.
Correct result: Log A contains one miss and one commission. The calculation is complete without asking the learner to perform a response task or making a claim about a person.
