The site is publicly readable, but its contribution system is not open yet. The Capability Commons will be the public doorway when intake is activated. The first route will be deliberately narrow: exact corrections, broken links, accessibility barriers and evidence leads. Eligible submissions will then feed the Titan Research & Governance Lab’s master register; they will not write directly to the book or promote a claim.

- Published Public Research EditionRevision 7T is readable through the 440-section web reader, alongside all 256 individual Power pages, 255 full tutorials and 26 Gold pathways. Each publishable Power has a dedicated reader tutorial section. Thirty-five governed source lessons are preserved and each includes a complete ready-to-use practice pack; 220 additional lessons are individually authored step-by-step tutorials. No full-book PDF or DOCX download is published. Revision 7K is an archived predecessor retained for provenance, and external review remains pending.
- Open error reportingBegin with the narrowest useful channel: broken links, typographical defects, accessibility barriers and exact claim or citation concerns.
- Publish contributor rulesAttribution, conflicts, privacy, cultural ownership, evidence standards, moderation, appeals and withdrawal.
- Open proposal draftsA proposal enters the Commons intake queue only; it does not become a Candidate, score, vote or programme.
- Triage and routeAfter a durable receipt and safety/privacy screen, eligible objects enter the Lab’s master register and follow the appropriate correction, Observatory, Candidate, safety or implementation lane.
- Publish decisions and retained negativesAccepted, revised, rejected, duplicated and withdrawn records keep reasons and provenance.

There is currently no public form, submission email or community channel, and the Commons is not yet feeding the internal Lab. Please do not use unrelated site functions to send personal, medical, confidential or safeguarding information. When intake opens, this page will identify the exact route, accepted contribution types, privacy terms, expected response and withdrawal process.

Identify burdens, exclusions, adaptive pathways and outcomes that formal literature or designers missed.
Evidence and method
Resolve sources, submit counter-evidence, challenge transfer, inspect measurement and propose bounded research questions.
Clinical boundaries
Review population, contraindication, supervision, wording and handoff requirements within their actual scope.
Equivalent routes
Test whether interfaces, tasks and claims recognise supported and alternative configurations without penalising them.
Configured systems
Audit failure modes, permissions, fallback, model drift, provenance, privacy and human override.
Learning and assessment
Challenge criteria, feedback, reliability, delayed retention, transfer and minimum detectable change.
Real-system pilots
May propose bounded pilots only after authority, ownership, safety, privacy and outcome contracts are explicit.
Process, not truth by title
Preserve attribution, route records and enforce boundaries. No role grants universal subject-matter authority.

What a future public submission must contain.

- Exact public wording, section or record affected.
- Contributor and provenance
- Attribution preference, relevant role, source and any cultural or ownership constraints.
- Locus and configuration
- Who or what bears the capability claim and how performance is produced.
- Evidence and counter-evidence
- Sources, limitations, plausible alternatives and the strongest known challenge.
- Boundary
- What the proposal does not establish; transfer and generalisation limits.
- Safety, access and legitimacy
- Risks, exclusions, supports, consent, authority and third-party effects.
- Requested route
- Correction, Observatory question, Candidate proposal, safety signal or implementation issue within the shared Lab process.
- Withdrawal
- How the contributor can withdraw before publication and what provenance must remain afterward.
Permanent prohibitions
What public participation cannot buy or vote into existence.
No influence over evidence
Payment, popularity, institutional prestige, contributor volume or sponsorship cannot promote a claim, suppress a negative result or determine a grade.
No direct write path
A submission cannot change the book, Core, module registry, Cockpit result, Engine output or another person’s record.
No universal authority
A professional credential, lived experience, public following or AI output is relevant only to its bounded contribution.
No compelled participation
Declining, withdrawing, withholding sensitive data or choosing not to pursue an outcome remains legitimate.
Business rule: keep knowledge access open; charge only for additional utility. Never sell influence over evidence or governance.
