Gold pathway · G-CUR-008

Touch, Chemosensation & Interoception

Tactile, haptic, smell, taste, interoception and multisensory discrimination with non-attempt boundaries.

Canonical-unit rule: open each canonical Power unit in the declared order. Complete only lessons whose current treatment authorises practice. Evidence, specialist, research, restricted and status records never become self-training merely because they appear in a pathway.

Add this pathway as a starting point
You can remove, reorder or combine its units with any other Powers in Cockpit.

Canonical Power units

Unit 1 · TLU-PWR-081Full low-stakes tutorial

PWR-081 · Tactile acuity

The learner completes 12 balanced same-or-different trials on one safe fingertip and reports accuracy, confidence and transfer to two unfamiliar safe surfaces.

Tutorial mode: self guided

Capability self-practice: Permitted inside the tutorial's stated low-risk limits

Teaching: Full Power-specific tutorial available

Unit 2 · TLU-PWR-082Full low-stakes tutorial

PWR-082 · Haptic object recognition

The learner completes six global-to-local scans, reports correct names and structural cues separately, and records which cue repairs each error on an unfamiliar-object retest.

Tutorial mode: self guided

Capability self-practice: Permitted inside the tutorial's stated low-risk limits

Teaching: Full Power-specific tutorial available

Unit 3 · TLU-PWR-083Full supervised tutorial

PWR-083 · Thermal discrimination

With a qualified clinician, the learner completes familiarisation and a declared set of calibrated warm and cool trials, producing separate site-specific detection results with symptoms and equipment settings recorded.

Tutorial mode: supervised

Capability self-practice: Qualified supervision is required for the practical method

Teaching: Full Power-specific tutorial available

Unit 4 · TLU-PWR-084Full safety and decision tutorial

PWR-084 · Nociceptive discrimination

Using the supplied practice-only routing card, the learner completes two sets of fictional cases by separating event, sensation, pain report, function and uncertainty, then consistently selects EMERGENCY, URGENT, ROUTINE CLINICAL or MONITOR without provoking pain.

Tutorial mode: restricted

Capability self-practice: Safe response and decision method only; prohibited act excluded

Teaching: Full Power-specific tutorial available

Unit 5 · TLU-PWR-085Full low-stakes tutorial

PWR-085 · Olfactory discrimination

The learner completes either a nine-trial familiar-aroma comparison or the supplied ten-card no-exposure sort, separating identity, quality, intensity, familiarity and liking without symptoms or unknown exposure.

Tutorial mode: self guided

Capability self-practice: Permitted inside the tutorial's stated low-risk limits

Teaching: Full Power-specific tutorial available

Unit 6 · TLU-PWR-086Full low-stakes tutorial

PWR-086 · Gustatory discrimination

During an ordinary meal, the learner compares three already-safe items and produces repeatable separate ratings for basic taste quality, aroma/flavour, texture, temperature, intensity and liking.

Tutorial mode: self guided

Capability self-practice: Permitted inside the tutorial's stated low-risk limits

Teaching: Full Power-specific tutorial available

Unit 7 · TLU-PWR-087Full low-stakes tutorial

PWR-087 · Interoceptive accuracy

The learner completes six signal–interpretation–action–later-check records and shows whether confidence tracks the usefulness of the chosen interpretation.

Tutorial mode: self guided

Capability self-practice: Permitted inside the tutorial's stated low-risk limits

Teaching: Full Power-specific tutorial available

Unit 8 · TLU-PWR-088Full low-stakes tutorial

PWR-088 · Multisensory integration

The learner completes 18 balanced object trials and correctly reports whether combined cues improve, match or reduce accuracy relative to the best single-cue condition.

Tutorial mode: self guided

Capability self-practice: Permitted inside the tutorial's stated low-risk limits

Teaching: Full Power-specific tutorial available

Pathway framework

  1. Orient
Read the scope, prerequisites and authority treatment.
  2. Traverse
Open each canonical Power unit in order.
  3. Integrate
Connect permitted lessons without enlarging their claims.
  4. Transfer
Use predeclared contexts and record limitations.
  5. Maintain
Review, retain, retire or seek qualified support.

Pathway completion record

Record which canonical units were opened, which governed lessons were completed, which were explanation-only, and what transfer or maintenance decision followed. Pathway completion does not create validation, qualification or promotion.
