Unit 1 · TLU-PWR-001Full supervised tutorialPWR-001 · Maximal force production
During an authorised dynamometer appointment, the learner can set up with provider assistance, follow the complete ready-build-hold-stop sequence, produce a smooth maximal isometric right-knee extension without body movement or breath-holding, recover safely and explain why the best valid peak is used instead of the largest screen number.
Tutorial mode: supervised
Capability self-practice: Qualified supervision is required for the practical method
Teaching: Full Power-specific tutorial available
Unit 2 · TLU-PWR-002Full research tutorialPWR-002 · Relative strength
Relative strength is not a new strength test. It is a way to place an already-known absolute result beside a declared size adjustment. This pack uses fictional values, keeps the original force visible, and shows why a ratio can change even when force does not.

Unit 3 · TLU-PWR-003Full supervised tutorialPWR-003 · Isometric strength
Across three supervised submaximal plateaus, the learner enters a provider-set force ribbon without an overshoot, keeps at least the declared dwell time with the knee visibly still, and distinguishes force level from steadiness.

Unit 4 · TLU-PWR-004Full supervised tutorialPWR-004 · Eccentric strength
In one authorised appointment, a participant performs a continuously resisted knee-extension descent, completes passive return without lifting, logs later response and distinguishes full-arc control from an impressive but invalid torque spike.

Unit 5 · TLU-PWR-005Full supervised tutorialPWR-005 · Strength endurance
The learner completes a supervised sit-to-stand repetition set at a fixed cadence and stops on the first missed range or cadence, with valid repetitions and technique decrement recorded.

Teaching: Full Power-specific tutorial available
Unit 6 · TLU-PWR-006Full supervised tutorialPWR-006 · Functional lifting and carrying
The learner can plan, lift, carry and set down one light, stable object while keeping it close, moving smoothly and changing direction with the feet.

Unit 7 · TLU-PWR-007Full research tutorialPWR-007 · Grip and pinch force
This supplement uses supplied fictional records, so it is runnable with no physical attempt. Do not perform a maximal squeeze, repeated fatigue work, painful pinch, hanging, carrying challenge or comparison between hands. A force value and a useful object-handling result answer different questions; neither diagnoses injury, dexterity or whole-person capability. Braces, adapted handles, two-hand use, forearm support and another person are part of the configuration, not defects to erase. New pain, swelling, numbness, recent injury, postoperative restrictions, rehabilitation questions or persistent weakness belong with an appropriately qualified clinician or therapist.

Unit 8 · TLU-PWR-008Full research tutorialPWR-008 · Force steadiness
A force trace is not better merely because it looks flat. This pack supplies three like-for-like fictional traces so the learner can calculate simple spread, distinguish an isolated event from drift, and write a non-diagnostic conclusion.
