Authority and safety

Worked example
A learner first writes, ‘R3 has only eight degrees, so ankle flexibility is poor and should be stretched.’
They repair the classification: R3 is an existing active dorsiflexion observation in a seated setup with the usual brace.
They separate task function: the fictional person placed the foot on a low footrest with the shoe and brace.
They list unknown gait, tissue health, unbraced performance, repeatability and whether another setup would produce the same value.
They choose KEEP AS A BOUNDED EXISTING RECORD; no movement, stretching target or progression is proposed.
