Check your work: Find the first sampled all-domain in-band row in a fictional time course

  1. At 0 minutes, no domain is in its recovery band: tension 8 is above 3, pulse 112 is above 76 and decision performance 5 is below 9.
  2. At 5 minutes, no domain is in band: 6 is above 3, 96 is above 76 and 7 is below 9.
  3. At 15 minutes, tension is in band at 3 and decision performance is in band at 9, but pulse 80 is outside the inclusive 68–76 bpm band.
  4. At 30 minutes all three sampled values are in band: tension 2, pulse 75 and decision performance 9. The first sampled in-band rows are tension 15 minutes, decision 15 minutes, pulse 30 minutes and all-domain 30 minutes; exact transition times remain unknown between samples.
  5. At 15 minutes, tension fraction recovered = (8 - 3) / (8 - 2) × 100 = 5/6 × 100 = 83.3%. Pulse fraction = (112 - 80) / (112 - 72) × 100 = 32/40 × 100 = 80.0%. Decision fraction = (9 - 5) / (9 - 5) × 100 = 100.0%.
  6. A single 15-minute row could look complete if only tension or decision accuracy were inspected. The table's first sampled all-domain in-band row is 30 minutes for this fictional configuration; it is not an exact recovery or readiness time.

Scoring rule

Award 1 point for each correct IN/OUT decision across three domains at four sampled rows (12), 1 for each first sampled domain row (3), 2 for the correct first sampled all-domain row at 30 minutes, 1 for each 15-minute change fraction (3), and 2 for a bounded sparse-sampling conclusion: 22 total. Calling 30 minutes the exact recovery time, or making a readiness decision, receives STOP.
