Staged checking material
Answer key
- H1 model: revise to 10:00 with confidence appropriately increased; correct the itinerary and cite the dated official schedule. Label AR.
- H2 model: retain 18:00 pending a dated source; record the manager's unsupported assertion and verify without treating power as evidence. Label the responsible learner response NI because no better evidence supports revision. A switch to 17:00 from pressure would be DF, not AR.
- H3 model: retain 45 minutes and 90% because no new evidence was supplied. Label the responsible learner response NI. Merely adding ‘I could be wrong’ would be PL, not demonstrated revision.
- H4 model: answer Hall B or C unresolved, reduce confidence, flag the conflict and request a dated organiser correction. Label AR + BU.
- H5 model: retain 14:00 pending a revised notice and flag leader pressure. Label the responsible learner response NI because no better evidence supports revision. A switch to 13:30 without evidence would be DF.
- No case establishes humility, wisdom, fairness, ego removal, personality or broad open-mindedness.
Scoring rule
For each case award 1 for ranking evidence, 1 for an evidence-sensitive final answer/confidence, 1 for power/affiliation treatment, 1 for an observable verification action and 1 for the correct label plus non-claim: 5 each, 25 total. Passing requires H2/H5 not called AR, H3 not scored from polite words and H4 preserving BU.
Authority boundary: A governed step-by-step lesson may be completed independently inside its stated limits.
