Gold pathway · G-CUR-025

Values, Habits & Self-Governance

Value clarity, goal coherence, self-control, habit architecture and responsible power use.

Canonical-unit rule: open each canonical Power unit in the declared order. Complete only lessons whose current treatment authorises practice. Evidence, specialist, research, restricted and status records never become self-training merely because they appear in a pathway.

Add this pathway as a starting point
You can remove, reorder or combine its units with any other Powers in Cockpit.

Canonical Power units

Unit 1 · TLU-PWR-241Full low-stakes tutorial

PWR-241 · Value clarity

The learner produces a one-page low-stakes decision map with two competing values, observable behaviours, affected interests, uncertainty, a reversible action and a scheduled review.

Tutorial mode: self guided

Capability self-practice: Permitted inside the tutorial's stated low-risk limits

Teaching: Full Power-specific tutorial available

Unit 2 · TLU-PWR-242Full low-stakes tutorial

PWR-242 · Long-term goal coherence

The learner creates a three-level goal map with conflicts, dependencies, alternative means, one two-week low-stakes experiment and explicit revision or retirement triggers.

Tutorial mode: self guided

Capability self-practice: Permitted inside the tutorial's stated low-risk limits

Teaching: Full Power-specific tutorial available

Unit 3 · TLU-PWR-243Full low-stakes tutorial

PWR-243 · Self-control

The learner produces and tests a reversible situation plan for one benign choice, recording cue exposure, chosen action, support, burden and whether the design should be kept, changed or retired.

Tutorial mode: self guided

Capability self-practice: Permitted inside the tutorial's stated low-risk limits

Teaching: Full Power-specific tutorial available

Unit 4 · TLU-PWR-244Full low-stakes tutorial

PWR-244 · Habit architecture

The learner completes a four-week cue–behaviour record for one tiny habit, showing occurrence, support, burden, context changes and a reasoned keep, adapt or retire decision.

Tutorial mode: self guided

Capability self-practice: Permitted inside the tutorial's stated low-risk limits

Teaching: Full Power-specific tutorial available

Unit 5 · TLU-PWR-245Full safety and decision tutorial

PWR-245 · Moral courage

Using a wholly fictional concern, the learner creates a fact-based, confidentiality-aware route map with emergency, internal, independent and external options, escalation triggers and a no-confrontation decision.

Tutorial mode: restricted

Capability self-practice: Safe response and decision method only; prohibited act excluded

Teaching: Full Power-specific tutorial available

Unit 6 · TLU-PWR-246Full low-stakes tutorial

PWR-246 · Responsible power use

The learner produces and stress-tests a fictional workshop schedule with a narrow mandate, a low-pressure choice, equal alternatives, a frictionless refusal route, an expiry and a completed complaint remedy.

Tutorial mode: self guided

Capability self-practice: Permitted inside the tutorial's stated low-risk limits

Teaching: Full Power-specific tutorial available

Unit 7 · TLU-PWR-247Full research tutorial

PWR-247 · Identity flexibility

The learner produces an evidence map for two identity studies that states construct, population, method, cultural limits, outcome, causal ceiling and prohibited personal conclusions.

Tutorial mode: research

Capability self-practice: Research method only; no operational self-experiment

Teaching: Full Power-specific tutorial available

Unit 8 · TLU-PWR-248Full supervised tutorial

PWR-248 · Purpose and legacy transmission

With a qualified facilitator, the learner makes or declines a 100–150 word private herb-growing note whose three source observations, sole recipient, excluded third-party sentence, release date and deletion instruction can all be checked.

Tutorial mode: supervised

Capability self-practice: Qualified supervision is required for the practical method

Teaching: Full Power-specific tutorial available

Pathway framework

  1. Orient
Read the scope, prerequisites and authority treatment.
  2. Traverse
Open each canonical Power unit in order.
  3. Integrate
Connect permitted lessons without enlarging their claims.
  4. Transfer
Use predeclared contexts and record limitations.
  5. Maintain
Review, retain, retire or seek qualified support.

Pathway completion record

Record which canonical units were opened, which governed lessons were completed, which were explanation-only, and what transfer or maintenance decision followed. Pathway completion does not create validation, qualification or promotion.
