Emotional Awareness & Self-Regulation

Emotional granularity, motivation and compassion regulation, with clinical regulation routes external.

Canonical-unit rule: open each canonical Power unit in the declared order. Complete only lessons whose current treatment authorises practice. Evidence, specialist, research, restricted and status records never become self-training merely because they appear in a pathway.

Add this pathway as a starting point
You can remove, reorder or combine its units with any other Powers in Cockpit.

Canonical Power units

Unit 1 · TLU-PWR-161Full low-stakes tutorial

PWR-161 · Emotional granularity

The learner produces a context-rich description using one or two fitting emotion words for three low-intensity events and can explain why each fits better than a broad label.

Tutorial mode: self guided

Capability self-practice: Permitted inside the tutorial's stated low-risk limits

Teaching: Full Power-specific tutorial available

Unit 2 · TLU-PWR-162Full supervised tutorial

PWR-162 · Emotional downregulation

In a clinician-approved low-intensity exercise, the learner applies one chosen strategy and records response change, safe action and later function without a stop event.

Tutorial mode: supervised

Capability self-practice: Qualified supervision is required for the practical method

Teaching: Full Power-specific tutorial available

Unit 3 · TLU-PWR-163Full low-stakes tutorial

PWR-163 · Motivational upregulation

The learner begins one chosen ten-minute task within five minutes of the planned cue on three occasions without sleep loss, unsafe activation or rising burden.

Tutorial mode: self guided

Capability self-practice: Permitted inside the tutorial's stated low-risk limits

Teaching: Full Power-specific tutorial available

Unit 4 · TLU-PWR-164Full supervised tutorial

PWR-164 · Stress recovery

Across two provider-approved sessions, the learner follows the recovery plan and records feeling, body, thinking and function at fixed times without prolonging or intensifying the stressor.

Tutorial mode: supervised

Capability self-practice: Qualified supervision is required for the practical method

Teaching: Full Power-specific tutorial available

Unit 5 · TLU-PWR-165Full supervised tutorial

PWR-165 · Distress tolerance

In a therapist-approved low-intensity scenario, the learner uses the planned skill for the assigned interval and completes or safely declines the next action without acting on a harmful urge.

Tutorial mode: supervised

Capability self-practice: Qualified supervision is required for the practical method

Teaching: Full Power-specific tutorial available

Unit 6 · TLU-PWR-166Full supervised tutorial

PWR-166 · Mood stabilisation

For fourteen days, the learner completes the agreed daily pattern log and follows the clinician-approved response ladder for any warning sign without changing medication or sleep intentionally.

Tutorial mode: supervised

Capability self-practice: Qualified supervision is required for the practical method

Teaching: Full Power-specific tutorial available

Unit 7 · TLU-PWR-167Full supervised tutorial

PWR-167 · Fear extinction and courage

In a clinician-approved plan, the learner completes one agreed low-level approach step, records fear channels and safety behaviour, and follows the stop and review rules.

Tutorial mode: supervised

Capability self-practice: Qualified supervision is required for the practical method

Teaching: Full Power-specific tutorial available

Unit 8 · TLU-PWR-168Full low-stakes tutorial

PWR-168 · Compassion regulation

In three fictional or low-intensity situations, the learner offers one consented bounded action, respects refusal and records both recipient response and personal cost.

Tutorial mode: self guided

Capability self-practice: Permitted inside the tutorial's stated low-risk limits

Pathway framework

  1. Orient
Read the scope, prerequisites and authority treatment.
  2. Traverse
Open each canonical Power unit in order.
  3. Integrate
Connect permitted lessons without enlarging their claims.
  4. Transfer
Use predeclared contexts and record limitations.
  5. Maintain
Review, retain, retire or seek qualified support.

Pathway completion record

Record which canonical units were opened, which governed lessons were completed, which were explanation-only, and what transfer or maintenance decision followed. Pathway completion does not create validation, qualification or promotion.
